- Which board(s) or affiliation you run — CBSE, ICSE, a state board, IB, or a university's own grading structure.
- Whether you are migrating from an existing system, and, if so, which one.
- Which of the ten modules matter most to see first — most institutions start with admissions, fees, or examinations.
None of this locks you into anything — it's what turns "a demo" into "a demo of a school that looks like yours." There is no fixed onboarding calendar to quote here, because it scales with your data: a single-campus school with clean spreadsheets moves faster than a university migrating three legacy systems. What stays constant is a one-time import of your student, staff and fee-head data, no setup fee for a standard onboarding, and — for a mid-year switch — last year's results and ledgers carried across as read-only history, so a transcript issued before the switch still verifies correctly.
