No setup fee for a standard onboarding. Pricing is quoted against your student count and campus structure, not per staff or parent login — write to us with your numbers and we will quote directly against them.
Do staff and parent logins count toward the price?
No. Staff, parents and students all sign in, and none of them is a "seat" you pay per head for. Every plan is priced against your student count and campus structure, not the number of people who log in.
Can we migrate from our current system?
Yes. Onboarding starts with a one-time import of your student, staff and fee-head data. For a mid-year migration we bring last year's results and ledgers across as read-only history, so a transcript from before the switch still verifies correctly — at no extra setup cost.
